Is Pressure Really Your Own Creation?
When I first heard this phrase, let me tell you, it really triggered me!
“Pressure is your own creation.”
Was it suggesting that I was personally responsible for every ounce of pressure that I had ever felt? That I had sent MYSELF dozens of urgent emails before 9AM? That my 100+ hour a week schedule was my own fault?
I went to sleep that night getting curious about why this phrase rubbed me the wrong way.
And I realized - I was the one who structured my life around the belief that working harder was the only option.
But there are always other ways.
I’m wondering how that phrase sits with you? Do you feel like you have other options when it comes to the pressures in your life?

A shift like this takes time - but begin by asking yourself, “How can I release the pressures I’m feeling by just 5% more today?”
