Hello, hello I’m Jennifer
I am a lover of life, a creative seeker, an intuitive practitioner, and an embodied dancer. I have a great respect for spirituality, mysticism, and the divine and tap into those forces often! I was born curious, and am grateful to still embody that childlike sparkle and feel more uninhibited year after year. I’m an empath and a navigator of finding vulnerability and intimacy in the moments in between. I am grateful for my connection to the universe, to myself, and yes, even to my ego! I am very much a work in progress and constantly reassessing what feels good time and time again. I’m excited about where I am right now, and yet, life didn’t always feel like it was flowing downstream…

My Story
I was a Creative Director in advertising for 15 years and came from a background in art history and psychology, so naturally my career choice was the perfect pick… And it was—for a time. I climbed the corporate ladder, worked with badass folks, and had the opportunity to lead with creativity every day. I worked for big brands, creating million-dollar campaigns and seeking out ways to influence the influencer. In most people's eyes, I had the perfect "dream job"––flying all over the country and crafting the next big idea. After endless, endless work nights, many hidden cries in conference rooms, and a full-on panic attack in yoga class, I pressed pause on my overdrive life and chose to have a heart-to-heart with myself. I realized I was running full steam ahead on an emotional treadmill that I didn’t want to be on anymore. I had been putting work over myself for years, and let me tell you, it took a major toll on my life and my true heart dreams. I knew in my gut that I was not living aligned with my values anymore. And even though my professional life was fed, my soul was completely malnourished. This led me to step away from the “security” of the career I’d cultivated for years and made the scary choice to choose a new path. I did the deep intuitive work, grounded more into my embodiment practice, and tapped into my desire to find purpose beyond my career. There are many massive shifts in my life, but what’s changed the most, is that now I actually appreciate and enjoy the life I’ve created! I’m continuing to choose this new way of being everyday... and I’m grateful to say I’m still doing it!

I am here to listen between what you’re sharing and have been told that I hear what’s unsaid. I have a passion for working with people who are going through transitions, who are interested in tapping into their heart, who are open to taking action from a place of purpose and uncover what that even means. There is no greater honor than partnering with people who are open to doing the inner work to create a vision of what thriving looks like for them. Where I Live ♡
Born and bred in Boston, MA—and somehow I don't have a... hint of an accent. I've been in NYC over a decade now—pretty sure I've earned a "New Yorker" title.
How I Chef ♡
I cook without recipes and thoroughly enjoy concocting new creations. It feels more like playtime than dinnertime. I’ve even experimented with homemade chocolates, yum!
How I Play ♡
Martha’s Vineyard is my favorite place on this planet (that I’ve discovered so far) and I often get major witchy downloads when I’m there.
How I Seek ♡
Heart-led travel and experiencing other cultures feeds my soul. Next on my list: New Zealand, Australia, and Bali.
How I Think ♡
I have a semi-photographic memory and have somehow often remembered many-an-unnecessary fact. Isn’t it normal to know your friend’s hair appointment 6 weeks from next Tuesday at 3:15? ;)
How I Create ♡
I’m an artist! One of the many things I love to create are personalized watercolors as wedding and baby gifts.

The beach and the ocean are my haven. Maybe in another lifetime, I’ll apply to be a professional beach bum!
How I Dance ♡
I am a dancer and will dance anywhere and everywhere... with friends, by myself in my apt, at the grocery store, with my doormen, down the block and even at the DMV!

I’m a Gemini (sun sign) and deeply respect the sun, the moon, and the cosmos—I mean both of us do!
