During her nearly two decade career in the corporate advertising world, Jennifer spearheaded creative initiatives for boutique agencies across a wide range of industries, including tech, financial, luxury automotive and CPG markets. She has a proven track record of pairing strategy with creative execution, leading to successful brand and campaign launches, including a 90’s full brand reinvention backed by $80 million in media spend.
Her creative leadership extended into experiential marketing, designing high-touch events for audiences ranging from 10 exclusive VIPs to 10,000 employees at Fortune 500 all hands. Jennifer was notably quoted in Forbes, sharing insights on integrating mindfulness into the workplace. She is best known for her ability to distill complex challenges into actionable strategies, unlocking potential in brands, teams and individuals through creativity, vision, mindfulness, and empowered leadership.

Over the past four years, Jennifer has supported hundreds of leaders, executives and founders from Fortune 500 companies, non-profits, agencies, and successful startups. In 2020, Jennifer trained with iPEC to become a Certified Professional Coach and with over 1,300 hrs of coaching holds her Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accreditation through the International Coaching Federation. Additionally she holds certifications as an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) and COR.E Energy Coach.
