Day After Solstice

In the darkness
There’s the unknown
The unseen
The unplanned
and unsteady

She sat curious and nervous
for the things she didn’t know yet

But she knew
it was time to go towards it.

She didn’t know
How to speak about it
How to say it out loud
How to be with it all

But she knew
there was mystery
And meaning
And something more

She knew
A depth
A craving
for what she didn’t know yet

She knew
It was the more
in her soul
that she’d find
in the darkness.

What is the unseen mystery and depth you’re ready to invite in?

Yesterday was the Winter Solstice, which is the shortest day in of the year and true start to this season. Winter is the time to slow down, honor rest, and trust in the unseen cycles of creation. Like the trees and the frozen earth, we are invited to conserve energy, nourish ourselves, and honor what happens in the space of the unseen. Winter holds space for deep reflection and quiet growth in the fertile void, allowing us to recharge and reconnect with our inner wisdom. Welcome, this is the sacred energy of Winter.

Happy holidays from my heart to yours!

With and gratitude,
Jennifer

PS: If you’re ready to make 2025 the year that feels most like YOU, I’m working behind the scenes on something that I think you’ll love. Once I put the finishing touches on it, you’ll be the first to know. Stay tuned!
