The Drop In is designed to be dedicated space each week to foster your team. To allow your employees to connect to themselves so they can show up more fully for their teams, their work and their lives. Each week we’ll have a dedicated theme to ground and guide our session. Some of those themes include connection, empathy, vulnerability, intention, leadership, values and vision.

The Drop In is a time to connect…

… to intentions and to build new perspectives. It’s a set time at the beginning of the week to practice being present, mindful and intentional. It’s a space to allow your employees to show up more fully as themselves in community. It’s created to foster connection on an even deeper level with the people that they work so closely with!

We know your company is busy and that’s why The Drop In is a half hour live virtual call each week, so your employees can drop into themselves and carry that presence forward into their week.

We’ll meditate, journal, build leadership skills, intention set and share. The session will change week to week, with topics based on what’s coming up seasonally and within the organization as an interactive space for engagement.

The Details

  • What: This is a place for your people to “Drop In” every week. We’ll be creating something different each week, inviting people to take away one nugget of value into their week. We’ll be intention and goal setting, meditating, journaling, navigating leadership and kicking off the week together.

  • Why: Even when people want to be intentional with their time, it’s hard and often overwhelming to create a space like this on their own. Our session is designed as an inclusive space for all people in all levels of personal and professional growth.

  • When: We will designate a set 30 min time slot each week for your company’s personal Drop In session.

  • Who: Regardless of hierarchy, every single person in the company is invited and encouraged to attend.

  • Commitment: To best foster lasting camaraderie and connection within your organization, our container is designed to be a full year. This includes 40 live sessions.
