This Isn’t A “Hack”
In the quick fix and everything immediate era we’re in, anytime I hear the word hack, something in my body tightens.
I’ve never been someone who could hack my way through life. And every time I’ve tried to shortcut into clarity, ease, or change, it hasn’t worked for me, or worst it left me feeling like “I just couldn’t make it.” Not because I wasn’t trying hard enough, but because it was never aligned with how my body naturally moves, creates, and knows.
Hacks promise quick fixes.
They suggest that speed is the goal.
That efficiency matters more than intention.
What I’ve learned for myself and the women I work with, is that real change doesn’t come from forcing or fixing. It comes from softness, from doing something with care and being witnessed.
Let me tell you, when your energy is truly aligned, things can move incredibly fast. So fast that sometimes it's almost shocking. But still, that doesn’t make it a hack.
It makes it aligned!
I believe deeply in consistency and in having spaces that feel good to return to. I believe in doing things that nourish you, not as a quick fix, but as a way of being.
The Drop In Community is a space that prioritizes feeling inspired, lit up and nourished, week after week.
And The Drop In sure wasn’t created as a way to hack your way into feeling better or doing more!
It’s a place that guides you back to yourself.
That reminds you your creativity matters.
That taking space for you is not indulgent.
And from that place, really big things become possible.
The Drop In Community is a heart-led space where women gather at the beginning of the week to reconnect with themselves and begin from intention rather than urgency. It’s flexible, welcoming, and designed to support real lives, not perfection.
If you’ve been craving something slower, deeper, and if the idea of “hacking” your way to feeling better makes you cringe too, you’re in the right place!
With ♡ and gratitude,
