The Power Of A Heart Led Decision

About eight months ago, I found myself reading a book on the science of embodiment in women’s bodies. From the very first chapter, I felt an undeniable pull—something about the author’s words resonated on a deeper level. Her insights felt different, almost like a call to action. I knew I had to learn more about her.

Within ten minutes of diving deeper, I had signed up for an intimate women’s embodiment retreat she was hosting. Five days off the grid. A chance to be led and held in a space by someone whose words had already begun to shift something deeper in me, even though I’d only read a few chapters of her book.

It wasn’t a logical decision. it was completely an intuitive one.

I remember thinking, “I have no idea what I’m really signing up for, but I know this will change me in ways I can’t yet understand. I simply know I need to be there!”

There was a pull — a feeling of alignment that couldn’t be explained in words.

A sense that, whatever unfolded during those five days, it would matter. That the women I’d meet and the space we’d create together would be significant.

Have you ever felt something like this? A moment where you’re drawn to something or someone, even though you don’t have all the answers or a fully formed plan?

Maybe it sounds a little wild—to take a week off, step into a room with 20 strangers and be deeply guided through embodiment with a woman who I read a few chapters of her book.

But heart-led decisions often defy logic. And in my experience, they’re the ones that change everything.

Choosing to trust those intuitive nudges has transformed my life. It’s also the foundation of what I teach.

My clients have found deeper meaning, created profound impact, and unlocked possibilities they didn’t even know existed—all by reconnecting with their hearts. By listening to the part of themselves that knows better than their doubts or overthinking ever could.

When you lead from your heart, you access your intuition. You invite a knowing that’s beyond reason but never wrong.

So, here’s my invitation for you: join me tomorrow for Drop Into Your Year, a FREE heart-led experience. One that just might change the course of your year.
