Rather than doing this alone, we get to do this in community to foster accountability and connection on a deeper level!

Exactly what happens in The Drop In sessions

I’ve been leading The Drop In Monday morning sessions for a FULL YEAR and they’ve had such an impact on people! You’re probably wondering what actually happens in these sessions.

These weekly sessions will start with a mindfulness topic and go into meditation or journaling and end with discussion around personal insights that come up for participants. The sessions change week to week, and are intuitively led, so they’re designed to flow with the energy of the group. After every session, you’ll walk away with at least one golden nugget of nourishment for your week ahead.

Hello hello, I’m your Drop In guide, Jennifer!

Not so long ago, I was working in the corporate world of advertising, in the crazy hustle of NYC, feeling incredibly overcommitted and like I was running on a metaphorical treadmill going faster and faster every day.

I had worked so hard to get to this place in my career, but really didn’t have a clue how to juggle it all. I had so many work projects to manage, teams and clients to keep happy, friends and family to get back to and felt that the demands were just piling up with no end in sight. Oh yeah, and I was lucky if I could squeeze in a date!

I was beyond curious how other people seemed to just make it all work and felt like I was struggling silently!

From time to time, I’d dabbled in the practice of mindfulness and at times even had a daily routine. But, without fail, when work and life got busy, my own self care practices were often the first thing on the list to go.

After one incredibly stressful day, I connected with my coach at the time, and realized I had it all backwards! I was trying to juggle everything while running on empty, instead of filling up my own cup first. 

 That was a major turning point for me. From that day forward, I started implementing a soul care routine, and doubled down on it when I felt my life was swirling around me!

The demands of my life might not have even changed, but I certainly did!

Implementing focused, dedicated, structured time to drop into myself was the secret key that helped me create way more energy and grounding in all corners of my life. And that space allowed me to be more skilled in handling the demands of everything.

I was able to make more self-assured decisions, I started trusting myself more than ever and most importantly, I felt way more ease than I did before.

Why I created The Drop In

I created the Drop In because I deeply know the value of dedicating time for yourself and believe that when we lead our lives from a grounded, intuitive, and self assured place, we will create more purposeful action aligned with who we REALLY are!

And that changes not just YOUR world, but also THE world!

When we deny ourselves of that space to tap into ourselves, it’s so easy to let external validation, other people’s opinions and society pressures inform VERY important decisions we make.

It’s a gift to give yourself space to connect to you and even more of a gift to be with other amazing women who are doing the same thing in community.

You’re not meant to do this alone!
